Courtney Holmon is a nonprofit executive, Certified Transformational Coach, speaker, and community leader dedicated to helping individuals and organizations live with purpose, lead with impact, and leave a legacy.
With more than a decade of experience in youth development and nonprofit leadership, Courtney has positively impacted thousands of young people and families throughout Chicago.
Her leadership has helped secure more than $5 million in funding to expand opportunities in youth programming, workforce development, leadership training, and social-emotional learning.
While proud of those accomplishments, Courtney believes true transformation happens through meaningful relationships.
Her work is rooted in integrity, accountability, service, and the belief that every person has the potential to grow, thrive, and lead.
As Founder and CEO of The Missing Peace Inc., Courtney provides leadership coaching, professional development, workshops, and speaking engagements that empower youth, professionals, and organizations to increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful growth.
In 2023, Courtney earned her Certified Transformational Coach credential through the Dharius Daniels Transformational Coaching Certification Program, strengthening her ability to guide individuals through personal and professional transformation.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Roosevelt University and a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration from North Park University. Whether coaching a leader, mentoring a young person, or speaking to an audience, her mission remains the same: helping others discover the missing piece that unlocks their purpose, potential, and impact.

With a degree in Applied Behavioral Science, he is currently the Director of Field Instruction at Metropolitan Peace Initiatives (MPI), where he supports the professional growth of street outreach teams and fosters collaborative partnerships with law enforcement and community organizations.
A dedicated community advocate, social justice practitioner, coach, and mentor, Steven brings a unique blend of leadership, empathy, and strategic thinking to anything he is committed to.

Anthony Lovelace was born in Chicago Heights and raised on the South Side of
Chicago, spending most of his life in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood. Raised in a
family deeply committed to faith, education, and community service, Anthony developed
a passion for social justice and public service at an early age through involvement in
local meeti
Anthony Lovelace was born in Chicago Heights and raised on the South Side of
Chicago, spending most of his life in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood. Raised in a
family deeply committed to faith, education, and community service, Anthony developed
a passion for social justice and public service at an early age through involvement in
local meetings, church initiatives, and neighborhood events.
Anthony attended the Harvard School of Excellence before graduating from Gwendolyn
Brooks College Prep, where he participated in programs including Academic Decathlon,
the Bessie Coleman Flight Program, and BRAVE Youth Leaders. He later earned a
Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in African American Studies from
Roosevelt University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy at
DePaul University, with an expected graduation in 2026.
At age 14, Anthony began volunteering at Saint Sabina Church, where he eventually
became office manager, serving in that role until May 2025. During his time there, he
helped coordinate community events, manage staff, and organize youth involvement in
major social justice initiatives, including the 2018 Dan Ryan Shutdown protest. His work
also led to opportunities to participate in nationally televised interviews, panels, rallies,
and community discussions centered on advocacy and civic engagement.
Anthony currently serves as Chief of Staff to Representative Michael Crawford of the
31st District, where he continues his lifelong commitment to serving and advocating for
his community.respect, and integrity.

Camryn Morgan was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. A recent graduate from Southern Illinois University Carbondale who will be attending graduate school working
towards a career in mental health.
